Addressing Structural Barriers & Best Practices
Objectives
Based on a peer review selection process, SHIELD will identify best and promising practices to improve the uptake of HPV and HBV vaccinations, with particular attention to diverse target populations and groups experiencing health inequities. SHIELD will further seek to validate the transferability of selected practices through the implementation of pilot projects to increase vaccination uptakes. Throughout the Task, the European Commission’s Communication model for building awareness and countering misinformation and disinformation on HPV and HBV vaccination will be implemented.
